I had my first ultrasound scan on Monday at Cherish. Jane was absolutely incredible, my baby was hiding but Jane tried her hardest so we was able to see baby. So caring and compassionate. I don’t feel rushed at all! I will be back. Thanks cherish!
I can’t praise this clinic highly enough! I had to travel all the way from Manchester because there is no similar facility nearby. I attended for a mock transfer and although the procedure was unsuccessful (due to anatomical difficulty, not the clinic’s fault), the team went above and beyond to accommodate me again and make another attempt. They genuinely tried to help, and I truly appreciate their effort. The nurse Rachel, the nurse consultant Diana, and reception staff I think name Jane were incredibly kind, professional, and comforting throughout. They made me feel genuinely cared for. Highly recommend this clinic!
I cannot sing this clinics praises enough! I have to travel from Matlock, Derbyshire as there is nothing like this locally. Any fertility testing or treatment needs you have, they will accommodate you. They have frequently squeezed me in last minute for time sensitive tests, and helped with injections I couldn’t manage, and just have a lovely and helpful manor! Nothing is too much trouble and very much a port in a storm when you’re having IVF treatment abroad. My husband has a severe needle phobia and this is the only clinic where he can let anyone near him with a needle! I think the nurses name is Rachel, and she is particularly wonderful.
Lovely welcoming staff that made me feel at ease. Felt much more personal than other private scans we have been to. Thank you so much Diana for seeing us today, was amazing to see our little boy
All the staff at cherish are wonderful. Very caring and kind. I had my gender scan with the lovely Diana. She was very patient and thorough. It was reassuring to have someone scan my baby to check all is well and explain as they go along. I’ve been to other clinics and felt a sense of rush. However at cherish I was made to feel important. Diana knew I wanted to find out the gender of my baby and she took her time, ensuring to check and triple check to put my mind at ease. I was really pleased with the service and I’m looking forward to being back for an anomaly scan. Thank you cherish for looking after me :)

I have been coming here for years when I have experienced any problems with my reproductive health. Diana is a wonderful lady, you can tell she really cares about her patients. I have always had such a positive experience coming here, Diana is so lovely, feels like talking to a friend. I really enjoyed catching up with her & look forward to coming back for my baby scan next year :-).
I have visited Cherish on several occasions and nothing can compare to their level kindness and compassion. After having a missed miscarriage in my first pregnancy, I really struggled through my second. They were able to provide me with such kindness and reassurance, that really kept me going.
Incredible! Attended today for a reassurance scan at 7 weeks as I had a missed miscarriage at 9 weeks in March 2021. Jacqui was attentive , understanding and put me at ease. She explained everything she could see on my scan and put my mind at ease. Wouldn’t go anywhere else for this pregnancy or future pregnancies. Thank you ! X
We had 3 cycles of follicle tracking then my wife got pregnant. We then continued to visit Cherish and had many reassuring scans. The service was brilliant from Jacky and Diane, they were professional, reassuring, caring and willing to listen to our concerns. We are very happy with the service and would recommend our friends to go there if they need some extra reassurance during pregnancy.
