   My daughter is Autistic and incredibly anxious. I had spoken with the team before the visit explaining my daughters difficulties and was reassured that the team would be made aware. I was expecting some level of care and understanding towards my daughter. But unfortunately we were kept waiting for 20-30 mins after arriving on time. Only to be told that no one had been made aware we were waiting in the waiting room. I feel this was unprofessional and there was no contact with a dental assistant. Just the CT scan operator who we couldn't really understand. His bedside manner or so to speak was minimal to say the very least. My daughter coped but felt very uneasy and quite irritated afterwards. All of which I was hoping to avoid. Just a little care and understanding was all she needed to make the whole experience easier for her. I do wish that these organisations could cater better for the neurodiverse there is still little understanding.

   Really safe Covid secure measures taken from entry through reception through to the waiting room where i didnt have to wait for more than 30 seconds before i was taken through. Chloe was wonderful and reassuring and instructive and the whole experience was short and very pleasant.

   I agree totally with the comments posted by other reviewers. Chloe is a STAR true and true! She made me feel so welcome and at ease, all the anxieties I had prior to my visit just disappeared on meeting and listening to her about what to expect. I emailed Chloe a few questions upon arriving home. Chloe was very responsive, providing clarification and solutions positively and promptly. Between her and members of her Team, Chloe resolved all the issues I raised. I can't recommend any more highly the service I received.

   Chloe is absolutely an angel. She is very professional and friendly at the same time. I was late for my appointment, I thought they might not even see me. But, Chloe made me relaxed and carried out my scan without a single problem. Lovely service. Highly recommended!!
