I have found both the reception staff and clinical staff to be very helpful and polite. Jackie and Dr Galea were professional and very pragmatic in their approaches and were very accommodating to my schedule. I’ve phoned a few times and the reception staff have always been polite, helpful and friendly Thank you

Just swap my GP after having some minor surgery at RB. Had 2 official interactions after transfer and everything went great . High level of empathy and patient care.

The staff at this surgery right across the board are absolutely some of the best i have ever encountered. They are all super nice and very helpful, I’m someone with a strong aggressive sounding voice and they have never thought I was being aggressive towards them. They have went above and beyond d beyond to help get my various health conditions under control as well. Thank you to you all there for having my interests in mind while helping me you are all highly appreciated.

This GP surgery is not the nearest one to my house BUT we registered here anyway because they're so good! You hear horror stories of GP surgeries etc giving appointments in X weeks time for emergencies but this surgery isn't one of them: even though they're busy they're great at prioritising (especially if you have a sick child). Dr Chauhan is lovely and so wise :-) Dr Abdullah and Dr Nair are also excellent. Dr Mendelsohn has also been very helpful. Another nice thing is they're never judgemental when I feel like my worries and questions are silly they're always kind and gracious :-) Thank you NHS staff for all your hard work

First visit here and a wonderful experience it was too, all staff were superb and professional. The centre was extremely clean and tidy and easy to get around. My treatment was excellent with both Dr and nurse friendly and respectful.

Unprofessional and rude staff. It is easier to die than get someone to speak to, even if you manage to book appointment, appointment is useless. Doctors are lacking knowledge, they are unsure about everything, reception is lacking communication skills. If there was -1 star that is what I would give to this worst medical centre in Birmingham! I don't even know if it can be called medical centre because to be one you actually need to provide service and this one is providing nothing but a headache!

I have used this surgery for years because of the excellent medical care I receive but on my recent visit I had superb service from a receptionist who went the extra mile! I had made a mistake when ordering my prescription and she helped me without making me feel bad. In general, Aisha is a kind warm lady and this makes a huge difference when you are in the vulnerable position associated with any GP experience.
