Motormasters have been looking after my ageing BMW for quite a few years now. They have done everything from welding to full brake line replacement to routine servicing. All of which has been carried out to a very high standard. I wouldn't take my car anywhere else.
I had been happy for some years with their work but I had an electric window motor replaced on the passenger side and was convinced to have the most expensive oem BMW one fitted by them because they would only give me "a full warranty" with it over a cheap knock off that would fail within a year or so. The bill was over £400. When it rained I noticed water coming down the inside of the window. They had failed to adjust the mechanism to go fully up to seal correctly under the bodywork. It is a frameless door at the top of the window. I asked them to adjust it. They refused to do so without me agreeing to pay "for investigative work." On a "fully warranted" job that they had just completed. They tried to blame the motor and blame it on BMW even though they had not "investigated" , suggesting that I would have to deal directly with BMW even though I have no contract with them and it was Motormasters that gave me the "full warranty." I regard this as dishonest behaviour and breach of contract. It is taking absolutely no responsibility for one's actions and making false promises. They are very nice and jolly to your face but it is probably just a matter of time until you feel violated and financially raped by them. So unless you like those feelings then I suggest going elsewhere.
Brilliant service and really friendly. Not only did my car get a thorough diagnostic investigation, going beyond what the original issue was, the garage was kind enough to fix a separate issue which had only cropped up when driving the car away. I returned the car and the garage resolved the second issue really quickly with no hassle. Jane, Dan, Mark, and the team are brilliant - the first garage I haven't felt uncomfortable dealing with. Brilliant, day before a long drive - summer holiday - popped in at 1730 to see if I could get my front wheels rebalanced. Mark was super helpful and actually stayed beyond closing time to help me out. Then charged me 100% off, great start to the hols. Thanks again!
Would highly recommend motormasters Bookham. Dan and the team went above and beyond to ensure my car was diagnosed and repaired as soon as possible. Even when they received an incorrect part to fix the issue, Dan then made sure the part was delivered as soon as possible and my car was there ready the next day. Super honest and speedy service :)
A lovely family business spanning many yrs. I had 4 tyres replaced there. All tyres and wheels totally Aligned. ..they're attention to detail is 100% . Tea and coffee and tv in reception area, very professional.
Lovely efficient service. We drove in on a flat tire. They were incredibly helpful. We needed a new tire which they had delivered. Mark and Jane were both a pleasure to deal with. And reasonable prices too.
My boyfriend took his car to motormasters for an MOT. Absolutely amazing customer service. Cannot thank Jane and the whole team enough! They worked very hard to get my car fixed as quick they can. Would highly recommend motormasters for an MOT as I will be going back next year as they are fantastic and good value for money.
Can’t thank Mark, Jane and staff enough for my recent treatment. Major surgery on my car (turbo charger) resulted in a further problem that required my car being off the road until new part arrived. Motormasters lent me a car for all that time. Furthermore, they not only completed all repairs but wouldn’t charge me for the second problem. Unbelievable service, incredibly friendly and more importantly they do the job - thank you!
I had a new clutch and major service carried out by Mark and the team, job was finished on time and to cost. A couple of little niggles were sorted out after hours as I needed the car for work the whole week, I arrived at 6pm and things were sorted by 6:45 at no extra cost to me. Excellent service and friendly people.
