   I went ro boots cheshire oaks this morning to buy my usual Benefit mascara. I had such a great experience with the sale adviser Emma. She was incredibly friendly and helped me choose tje best product which was a good deal for me. She explained me the differences between each formula and gave me recommendations. She advised me the product in a gift box with more product inside and finally for the same price of just one mascara. Her professionalism and expertise made my purchase effortless.    Alice was lovely and is always the girl I go to when it comes to my eyebrows and they are perfect for when I go back to uni tomorrow. she always takes into consideration that I have sensetive skin meaning im quite red after and always gives me little cotton pads to put on my eyebrows.

   I was looking at and intending to buy an eyebrow pencil when Hannah introduced herself, offered some advice and discussed the Eye Brow service (something I’d never have known about). She very kindly and very impressively talked through technique and personal preferences. Hannah was absolutely brilliant! I’m delighted with my newly defined eyebrows, pleasantly surprised at the difference the very natural match colour has made and feel rejuvenated by the overall look!    Had my brows waxed and tinted this evening at Boots Cheshire Oaks at the Benefit Brow Bar and I definitely won’t be going anywhere else to have them done. Hannah was a dream from start to finish as well as being so friendly and welcoming, she goes the extra mile, completely tailoring the experience and always checking it was exactly what you wanted down to the last detail, this was a fab experience. Definitely would recommend the concealer and use of brow products afterwards, I was so pleased I bought both brow products! Can’t recommend enough, if you need your brows doing this is the place to go, 5 stars.
