Lucy is such a happy and polite person, I am always greeted with a smile. She is an excellent hairdresser. I am currently trying to grow my hair and Lucy listens to my concerns and offers advice. When I have my hair done I always leave feeling so happy.
I booked last minute for a family photo shoot and had a wonderful experience. The girls made conversation and I had a chance to relax with the massage chairs which is definitely needed with a 2 year old and a 10 month old. Hollie did a wonderful job with my haircut and I had a fringe cut in but when I got home I decided I would have liked it a little shorter. I messaged on instagram and they let me come straight in the next morning and hollie cut it a little shorter for me. Wonderful customer Service and it’s swayed me to change hair dressers. Once again, Jill has done a fabulous job on my hair after having to wait 6 weeks due to holidays etc. I just like the way she puts the client in charge of their own hair and what it is the client actually requires, not the stylist. Always an absolute pleasure and delight to have my hair done by Richard. Having the mesh integration has been life changing. I have never felt so happy and confident about my hair. Richard’s eye for detail is exceptional and I always leave feeling a million dollars. The salon is beautiful and the rest of the staff are delightful. Always get 5 ⭐️ service from start to finish. Holly was so lovely and made me feel totally at ease. I truly enjoyed the whole experience. I am so made up with my half up half down hair and look forward to coming back on the 10th Feb when we will repeat the same loom ready for my Ball. After having previous bad experiences with hairdressers I was always nervous to go and have my hair done, but after coming to the Boutique Atelier I no longer feel anxious. They are always so professional and extremely friendly. Rosie has done my hair a few times and is always so helpful and offers great advice. I don’t think I’d go anywhere else now!
Couldn’t fault Holly, she took my very vague thoughts and ran with them and made my hair look fab. She took what I said into consideration with my work and personal life and gave me some options. Loved the brew and the massage chairs, and loved all the products that were used. Not a single complaint, thanks so much!
Emma is an amazing hair stylist and always advises you what is best for you and your hair. She talks you through the process and explains what she is doing and why. What I like best about Emma and this salon is that they never try to over sell like most hair salons and encourage you to spend more than is necessary. I always leave with my hair looking great because Emma is a perfectionist!! I would never change hair salons now I have found Emma and the Boutique.
Had an appointment today in preparation for my wedding next week. The salon was very clean and everyone was really friendly, especially Shea. I opted for a balayage and a face framing cut. I love my new hair and I will be returning. Thank you, Shea!
