   Having been broken down on the M25 with a blown out tyre we were recovered to Merityre it Chertsey. Dev and his team were brilliant, friendly and polite. They had us back on the road within 25 mins with no hassle even when we hadn’t booked. Thank you for helping us today.

   I had a fantastic experience with Merityre last month when I had all 4 wheels replaced. I was greeted by Dev, who was incredibly professional, friendly, and instantly made me feel I was in good hands. The service was smooth, efficient, and I was lucky that the wait time wasn’t too long either. Overall, a really positive experience—I’d highly recommend Merityre to anyone looking for reliable and professional service!

   Firstly, The manager Dev is a very nice guy and I have no problems with him at all. The main issue is this isn’t the first time I’ve had to come back for a redo on my alignment and even to this day, it’s still not correct. it first started when I had an issue with the alignment which I didn’t know the full extent of the problem when I first took it there I noticed afterwards the alignment still wasn’t correct so I took it back and the manager Dev pointed out that the actual wheel point position in the arch wasn’t right. Which I really appreciated for him saying that to me because I didn’t notice that before. So I took it to somewhere else to get the lower control arm sorted. I then got recommended to get the alignment redone because it wasn’t still correct and I took it back here the next day and they did it without a charge and the alignment was correct, however a few days later I started to notice a knocking sound and every single time I drove the car from that point I noticed it got louder and louder. So I took it to my friend’s mechanic and he told me the track rod end wasn’t tightened up properly the last time it was touched which was by the person that last done the alignment. So he tightened it up, but unfortunately from that point it threw the alignment out again. So a few days later I brought the car back to get the alignment redone for the 3rd time and I was waiting for over an hour and when I left not even 2 minutes of driving the alignment was even worse than before so at this point you can imagine I was quite irritated so I brought the car straight back. I then got a comment from the guy that was working on my car. Saying “not this car again” shaking his head at me and “This car is a curse”. I didn’t wanna say anything at the time because he was working in my car. And then when I got the vehicle back for the second time he goes to me “I don’t want to see this car again” I don’t think personally this is acceptable and even after I left for the second time that day it’s still not correct and I now refuse to go back there because I don’t wanna get those comments again. As I said the first time I went to this place was a good experience when Dev was there, but the second time that he wasn’t there I wasn’t happy with the experience at all.

   A review of two parts and at best neutral. Got two front tyres fitted last minute for MOT. Price was good and took about an hour to wait and fit. That's the good bit. Also had wheel alignment done and here was the issue. Driving back to my service garage for MOT retest, warning lights and message on the dash steering and breaking faults. Would have been an MOT failure again due to steering wheel was not aligned to wheels, at 40 degrees causing car to think there was a major braking and steering fault. Car in limp mode. Left car with my garage to address the issues using another specialist centre and get the MOT sorted. Could not take it back due to lack of time and now confidence. Had to extend car hire by 24 hours. So while it was good price, attention to detail and customer service needs attention. But of a shame really. I won't be returning.

   I haven't actually got any tyres fitted with Merityre (yet), but phoned enquiring about a price for a specific tyre. It struck me how efficient and helpful they were on the phone, so thought I'd review (I never review anything, but I was impressed). Steve who took my call couldn't have been more helpful. They didn't have the tyre I need in stock and unable to contact the supplier as the one I need doesn't work weekends. Without me asking he offered another garage that may be able to help and supplied a price for Merityre in case my best option turns out to be to go back to them on Monday when the supplier is open. Excellent service.

   Morrison is a wonderful space having wide iles and great access for all ages and disabilities having lifts, moving stairs escorlators, wonderful lighting and a warm space kept cool in summer and warm in winter, it has a spacious dining area lots of table and chairs family or one person, very helpful staff and a great food and drink menu, toilets, disable access, the food in-store have a great range of high quality products and different levels of products relating to the price which is similar to other large supermarket's with different products available and local produce UK product, and around the world, fresh bakery in-store, Quality wines and other drinks. Wonderful layout great place to shop. Some stores also have some extra products, Magazine's, books, and more.
