Family run business interested in providing a good service and very fair on price. I went in thinking I had a blown exhaust. Was found to be something completely different and solvable in five minutes - no charge. From experience the ‘fast car mechanic’ model is full of businesses looking to make a fast buck. This is NOT CRTE. use with confidence.
Professional from start to finish. Brilliant and prompt conversation with receptionist. In addition what I initially presumed would be a costly tire replacement turned out to be a leaky valve from an astute mechanic. Saved me a couple of quid ! Would definitely recommend.
Always had great service here, very friendly knowledgeable, and prompt. I haven’t compared prices but I would think they would be competitive with other local suppliers. Nice atmosphere in reception area thanks to Georgina, all the staff are polite and professional. Highly recommended.
Excellent service from the Cowley team as always. Booked me on short notice and had me back on the road in now time. It's unusual to find a garage so honestly. Georgina is always a pleasure to chat!
Really great service. I highly recommend. Two tyres changed in 20 minutes they said. It turned out to be quicker. I barely had time to flick through an Aston Martin magazine in the waiting room. It was actually less than 15 minutes! I priced the tyres online, they charged the same. Cost of fitting, balancing etc, was really small. I've used them before and will again. I'm sure they must get busy, but all my timings are based on a Monday morning.
Top experience with a top team!!! Is a first review what i leave it from service ,but if is option to give 10 star i will give straight away! First ,lady make me a appointment and was nice on the phone when i call back to announce will be little bit late. When i arrive the tehnician take the car and surprise me with his skills and passion about cars(i never seen before on other service) and make a wheel aligniament how is should be. On the final he show me what to improve/change for my wheel alignment to be perfect.Thanks and all the best Mihai
Appointment booked easily over the phone , great customer service, tyre was repaired within 15 mins of scheduled time, I would say one of the best tyre shops around especially with Lola there to greet you.
Really good mechanics! They looked at my car for free, did a full inspection and gave me an honest quote! They also showed me the fault and explained it tin detail, unlike in the past where you are never shown what the issue is with the mechanics. The lovely lady at the front desk who is the owner is so friendly and welcoming and they also have a lovely dog. I really appreciated what they did for me. Thank you Cowley Road Tyres and Exhausts
