Anne is a very experienced, competent and knowledgeable beautician, she is always friendly, attentive and genuinely interested in you. Anne offers a wide range of affordable treatments to make you feel and look great. I have never been disappointed after a treatment and I have been going to the Beauty Lounge for a few years now. I cannot recommend the Beauty Lounge enough. I just had my gel nails done by Anne, who immediately put me at ease and made me feel relaxed. The colour selection was amazing - and she helped me choose, even putting little samples on my nails to help with the decision! I would definitely recommend a visit - I'll definitely be back!
Had my eyebrows micro bladed, I am so pleased with them. Anne has been so helpful and patient in working with a very faded powder brow done elsewhere. My new brows are wonderful. Anne is very knowledgeable, professional and skilled in her work. Her workspace is clean and restful. 5 star all day long

I’ve had acrylics by Anne and Emily and they are always beautiful and last for long. Yesterday I had an amazing facial, my nails painted and my eyebrows waxed by Anne it was a very relaxing hour and I can’t wait to have my prom make up and acrylics done in a few months.
Very dishonest and rude people. I booked one week ago a treatment for my daughter for today at 6 p.m. and when we called 5 minutes before the appointment to find out where this place was, a rude woman shouted at me that we had not booked with them. She lied as I saved the telephone number when I booked and today she didn't do any treatment to my daughter. Such a waste of time and rude people who deserve to shut the business down for their complete lack of professionalism!
