   I have got my nails done here a few times and mainly liked them. However, the last few times have been awful. I went today hoping that it would be better than last time and it was even worse. The lady was very rude and rough when doing my nails. I requested a thin french tip, she did my right hand and I liked them however when she moved to my left hand, she became very irritated and annoyed and kept wiping off the paint and redoing them. They were extremely thick and looked nothing like my other hand. She then noticed I was looking at them and asked what was wrong. I told her politely that one hands french tip was too thick and she said they weren’t and began filing down the nail to try make it look thinner. I told her I wanted them redoing and not filing as they were now much shorter than I wanted. The lady refused to do it as she didn’t agree. It was obvious she was being lazy and couldn’t be bothered to fix them. Such a shame as some of the people who work here are really nice and put in effort. Won’t be returning. Very rude, very inconsistent and awful nails. Do not recommend.

   I love coming here - the staff are lovely and friendly . When it comes to my nail designs the attention to detail is amazing xx always leave happy I also get my lashes done here which again I am always happy with ❤️❤️

   Always use this nail bar but today my nails are the worst I've had, supposed to be ombre but never had ombre like ti's, it's patch missed in places, colour is patchy and all over the white, all around my nails on skin is acrylic there is the coloured ombre on my skin, said twice I was not happy and he just shakes his head and huffs and puffs. Won't be returning. People not fully trained to give a good service should not be working

   So i came as a walk in and there was no problem and no wait, the first thing i noticed was how clean it was, it was spotless!! They had all the correct covid measures in place, plastic dividers between you and the staff and between yourself and the other costumers. The staff where so polite and friendly and there was thousands of colours and styles to choose from, throughout getting my nails done the lady was asking, is the colour ok, the shape ok etc and she had amazing attention to detail, she wasnt rough at all with my hands and she was so lovely. I'm so pleased with my nails there perfect and i would highly recommend and i will definitely be an ongoing customer. Thank youuu!!!!
