   Just an absolutely awful experience. Customer here in the United States. They REFUSED to give me an estimate, and I mean just a general estimate on the cost of repairing my vintage volvo stereo. I told them it doesn't have to be exact, just a guess as I will have to spend significant time and money to send it there and back. After asking three times they told me "there's no point in answering this question." That should have said enough, however I am having difficulty getting this done in the states so I played ball and sent it. THen they give me an estimate of ONE THOUSAND DOLLARS to fix it. Pretty ridiculous given what it is but again I really needed to find somebody willing to fix it so for the second time, I played their game and said yes and asked TWICE what payment method they take. THey ignored me once or twice and then I am then told that the only payment they accept is bank transfer. Just a ridiculous response. IT was as if they were BEGGING me not to trust their company, very bizarre. THen I had to pay their fee plus shipping to get it back. Three hundred dollars down the drain. These guys may or may not be good at fixing vintage stereos but they are definitely NOT good businessmen. Any worthwile business would at least accept credit cards. Terrible experience. I sent them my complaints after receiving the radio back and they ignored me again. Now they're getting this review. Terrible experience.

   I need to congratulate Cartronics for a courteous and professional job. First of all they are the only only provider I found in 7 months that has been willing and capable to address the modifications I needed on my car. BMW, engaged at the highest customer service UK level, flatly refused to provide any assistance. Others tried and did not succeed. Dealing with Cartronics and their team has been a pleasure and they even arranged for the delivery of my car home. My only regret is only I did not meet them sooner! hat off

   Fantastic service A+++++ Mark was so helpful with my order for an AV Z1000 DAB CAMPER. I needed the camper unit and all accessories. All arrived on time and correct. I had a bit of a moment with all the wiring to get it up and running. So I called and was put through to a very clear and knowledgeable chap, (sorry didn’t get his name) he watsapp called me and ran me through everything I needed to do. After a lot of procrastinating, I got to it. Fantastic, all I was told worked just fine. Superb service and a great unit.

   Excellent dedication to tackling my inoperative Peugeot Coupe 407 GPS, Radio and CD telematics head unit, over 15 years old, no longer serviced nor supported by Peugeot nor the manufacturer. Whilst supply chain issues during Covid prevented their access to parts and electronic chips, a world wide problem, they persevered. They more than fully stood by their guarantee on an after sales issue, which was fully resolved providing me with several options in a very genuine and caring manner. I can now continue to use the vehicle with its original Peugeot unit intact , that no one in Australia would touch, a special thanks to Mark in sales. Sven.

   Second time using CarTronics, this time having a new Sony head unit and rear camera installed on my car. Although I know there are cheaper alternatives to complete the installation - I will always choose Cartronics. Their work is completed to the highest standard and I am happy to part my hard earned cash with them. The saying "you get what you pay for" springs to mind. Had a couple of small issues which were resolved quickly and efficiently! Highly recommend Cartronics and will use again I'm sure!

   Been twice, once for Audio setup to correct a previously poorly installed aftermarket head unit, and once to install some vehicle diagnostic and timing equipment. Very easy to deal with, great communication, did what they said they would, faster than expected. Went the extra mile to deal with manufacturer on an incorrect installation instruction. Small niggle I had afterwards was dealt with promptly the next day. Would be happy to go again

   I hope this review helps those in charge to assess their staff, called to get a price to install Apple CarPlay on a jaguar xkr. I was asked to give them my vehicles vin number and waited for a reply. Got an instant email confirmation telling me they will contact me. Waited a couple of days and no reply from them, I politely called and explained I had not received either a call or text. I was surprised to be told I was what amounts to be called a liar, yet the person had yet even asked my name etc. When I was grudgingly given my £1700 price I was expected to not even ask for any detail as to what made up that price or the work involved considering I was not replacing my head unit etc. Arrogant low voltage electricians with a superiority complex who assume the customer beyond the ability to understand or deserve a detailed work schedule that they are paying for! Called another company and got the 4 hour job for £823 with hardware included. I suggest you read the bad reviews as your guide a leopard doesn’t change its spots! Google review exposes the truth and the fact not all business are equal in their ethics and business practice! So easy to spot reviews that are genuine and those that are not! One lacks detail and personal feeling in their words!

   The team at Cartronics helped to replace our original Japanese radio for a modern DAB Pioneer radio with EU Navigation and Apple CarPlay. Even during this Covid-19 crisis, they were able to facilitate all the work required in a timely and safe manner. Nothing was too much bother for the team and the finished job was great. Highly recommended!
