I had my brows done at Prowess in Chester by Rachel about a year ago, she is truly wonderful, she transformed my over plucked 2000’s brows into more full, beautiful brows that really suited my skin tone and facial features. She took the time to explore all options available to me and made me feel at ease and confident in her to achieve exactly what I wanted. A year on I’ve just been for a top up they weren’t in desperate need of a top-up but I wanted to freshen them up and go a little thicker now I’m used to having brows again.
