   I had an excellent experience at Thainamoon Chester. Rina and Wan Wan are both outstanding message therapists – very knowledgeable and skilled. They tailored the massage perfectly, working on the areas that needed extra attention, and I felt so much lighter, relaxed, and refreshed afterwards. The customer service is brilliant, and the owner is very welcoming, which makes the whole experience even better. Warm, professional, and top-quality from start to finish – I’ll definitely be returning!

   Clean and professional and the masseuse is very good. They only do one side of your body though in the 60 minutes. They said you have to book 75 min to turn over. So the front of my legs weren’t done and that was the main thing I needed addressed. They should make this clear in the menu.

   1st time today and was greeted by a lovely receptionist, Bee the owner introduced herself and asked me questions such as had I had a massage before, if I was ok with oils, and if I had any niggling injuries etc and this was ensure that I would receive a tailored massage and the best possible experience of which I did. I was shown to a single room where I received a 90 min treatment. The masseuse was excellent, finding knots and making me relaxed. I would recommend Thainamoon to everyone and will definitely be going back. Massive thanks to Bee and the team

   So good. Highly recommend. Booked a deep tissue massage & that is exactly what I got. Not for the faint hearted (slightly painful, to be expected) The plinky plonky relaxing massages are available & I have no doubt that they’re very relaxing. I’m several hours post DT massage now & I feel great. New Years resolution to make time for regular visits.

   So many errors with my massage today. First off the lady walked in the room when I was naked instead of knocking and giving me chance to get onto the bed. The lights were left fully bright the Whole time, not dimmed down like they usually are, so obviously not a relaxing enviroment to start with. Then a man came in from the street and had a very very loud discussion with reception staff when there are signs up saying to be quiet, this went on for a good 10 mins. Paying for relaxation and I'm getting all this.. And then after my massage was finished I eventually checked my phone and it was 5mins before the time my massage was due to end. Felt completely ripped off and wish id of kept my £49. I would never go here again

   In a real sense just left the spot - feeling so new and loose. Strolling into the shop returned me directly to Thailand, the smell - the Thai themed stylistic layout and surprisingly the Thai women that work there. The back rub itself was generally excellent, I went for a couples knead, 1 extended full body. My masseuse did well zeroing in on my knotty regions and discussed well with me about pressure. The time flew by and I feel incredible! You're the best :)
