   Great customer service all around, either by phone or in person. I do suggest giving more insight of what actual works were carried out and what findings were found during so guests can understand more than just reading the receipt. Lastly, take more photos as there was only one photo taken and saved on the report.

   Great experience at Halfords Harrow, had been booked to get my brakes checked. Geeta was super helpful, advising me on what is covered on my brakes for life. Geeta also offered me a hot drink as well, as was very cold outside! Sam who was covering who was also present was welcoming. Great experience!

   Fantastic service, the guys were so nice and helpful. My front light bulb needed replacing which they did very quickly and even fitted my windscreen wipers and filled up the washer fluid for free. 10/10 recommend

   The team has just replaced the gas discharge bulb in my car's headlight, which was a challenging job. The technicians and the centre manager were all very polite, friendly and punctual. Truly the best car service I have had in years. Exceptional value and very highly recommended.

   Very bad service, I booked the replacement of my 4 new tyres, wheel alignment and wheel balancing. After the service when i came home i found out that my locking nut was not there and i was going out of London so if I hadn't checked and my tyre went flat then i would be in a big trouble so I had to went back (2nd time) and get if from the service centre. Then on motorway I found that my wheel balancing was not done properly and the steering wheel was all over the place soon as I touch 60mph + so had to went back again (3rd time). Then the next day i had to go on motorway and I found that the wheel alignment is out so had to went again! (4th time) but they still didn't do it correctly and i had to pay something to get it done. So it is a horrible service.

I was served by Muzi Noori and I am pleased with this service who was polite, knowledgeable and most importantly kept me posted on progress of the vehicle throughout the service.
