We celebrated my twins birthdays here and it was great fun. It happened to be over the Easter events and this was a great experience for the children, well thought out with chick hunts, craft and treats. All staff are so lovely, accommodating and professional. An all around lovely play space.

It’s disappointing to see that despite giving this place a second chance, the standards remain poor. While the concept is great, the maintenance leaves much to be desired. Many of the children's toys are either broken or visibly dirty, and the state of the toilets— including a broken seat and a sticky baby changing table— is unacceptable. It’s truly puzzling how they managed to receive a 5-star hygiene rating. A real shame, as this place has potential, but cleanliness and upkeep need serious improvement.

Me and my 3 year old went here on Halloween. Space inside is massive and was very quiet on this day. Plenty of areas such as: space ship, dinosaur kingdom, castle, police station, vets/hospital, shop, fire station, beauty salon, sand pit with ship and roads with tunnel through the middle! During this session there was a Coloring station too. My son had his face painted for Halloween and a spooky potion was also made! Staff here were absolutely amazing and so friendly, understanding and great with the kids. Great seating area with numerous picnic benches near the cafe window, with fairly priced items on offer. Admission fees were also very fair and have a discounted Wednesday session. Multi storey parking for the shopping centre is ideal and only a couple of £s. Will deffo be coming regularly!

Amazing place for little one to release some energy and explore. We came here last weekend and couldn’t fault it. Not too busy as we came when it first opened. Staff were also amazing, even when our little girl spilt drink everywhere. Highly recommend this place and we will be coming back again soon

This is just an incredible place. We took our 4 year old and under 1 and they both absolutely loved it. There’s so much to explore, the themed zones are incredible, well stocked with tons of toys and activities. Spoke to the owner who was absolutely lovely, all the staff were friendly it was clean and the food and drink was reasonably priced. We were in holiday and drove for an hour to get to this place and were not disappointed. Thoroughly recommended!!

Great place! My 2 year and 4.5 year old loved it. We went on a Saturday and it wasn’t too busy at all. Safe place and I felt comfortable letting my kids roam. Lots to choose from - the range of “rooms” is really impressive. Only thing, as always with play villages, is that they get really expensive when you’ve more than one child. If I had three kids or more I wouldn’t be able to spend that much - £7.50 per child plus £3.50 for an adult. I wish places like this did a sibling discount. I don’t like how you have to pay for the first adult, I don’t feel that that is necessary. A strong 4 stars, only 1 star off because ££!

Well it's not often I come across a place that can entertain both my children so it deserves 5 stars just for that. I didn't see them for the entire 90mins as they were so engrossed in all the different roleplay areas. It was lovely to be able to sit and have a coffee and cake in peace whilst knowing my children were playing happily in a safe environment. I was initially put off by the price but after visiting I know it is worth every penny. Very impressive set-up, would highly recommend and I wish the business every success

I took my son on Wednesday this week and he absolutely loved it! It’s super clean and spacious, a great variety of role play activities and really helpful, friendly staff. We particularly loved the pirate ship with the sand and the background was a nice touch as my son enjoyed recognising all his favourite songs from Disney movies. A special mention to Lucy the lovely staff member who made me a gorgeous oat latte :) we will be back!
