Breath of fresh air having my rear tyres replaced by Rob, honestly my best experience in the last decade at an Autocentre. You can tell he really cares about the work he does and has a sense of pride in his delivery. 10/10 Would recommend. Also the cheapest premium tyres i could find installed in London so thats a big plus!
spoke to Mo- what a guy! Amazing customer service! 10 out 10! however i have used this garage before and did get outstanding service from Tom but this time Mo really went out his way to help me (rare nowdays) so a massive thank you to Mo and i hope he recieves some recognition :)
Had two new tyres put on for the rear. Had to wait a bit longer due to under-staffing, but the process was smooth and completed with the minimum of fuss and professionally. Asked if they could check and top up air for the front tyres, and this was done without hesitation. Highly recommended.
Took my car for MOT and service. They quoted a big amount over the phone, which was scary, but the actual work needed to pass MOT cost under £50. Felt like they tried to overcharge me. Be careful and get a second opinion before agreeing to any work. I won’t be going back — they broke my trust.
Absolute scammers, first of all if you booked with them for 10:00 am you have to there exactly 10 if you will be late at least 5 to 10 minutes they will simply say ohhh sorry you need to pick up your car tomorrow. I went there for interim service and they did something with my wheel hub now from that day driver side wheel is making noise and they didn’t put the correct amount of engine oil it was too less when I checked after a month because i can clearly feel the car’s performance was less.
I ordered tyres online and booked appointment for tyre replacement as well as wheel alignment. A couple of hours before the appointment, i called them to confirm i will be coming as the workshop was half an hour away from my place, the manager on the line said the tyres are not delivered yet so the appointment is cancelled and he will have to book me in for next week.(good that i called otherwise there will be one more trip down the drain). Next week when i went there at 2:30 pm, the tyres were replaced but i was denied the wheel alignement saying they need to go, mind you at that time it was between 3:30 to 3:45 pm and they shut at 5pm on a Saturday. Since the guys were nice to me i told them i will come next week. I called them a day before to book an appointment but the manager didnt give me an appointment but asked me to come at 3:30 pm. I went there earlier around 2:30 pm, they again denied me the alignment as they wanted to close early. There was hardly one car on the ramp . I have never seen such a pathic and insensitive customer service ever.
I always book using the Harrow branch. They have great staff who are always helpful and willing to explain any issues and advise the best course of action. The online booking experience was great. Quick and simple.
Some guys are better than the others. I fully trust John. Very affable bloke. Unlike some garages, he’s a reliable staff member who I can’t expect to see at every MOT for as long as I remember. Still miss Mr Melish the MOT tester. Despite his constant advisories, I can trust him not to fake fail my MOT.
Booked my MOT for today and got confirmed back then however, garage decided to cancel it without communicating with me first out of courtesy, they also failed to provide a genuine reason for the cancellation. I have made a lot of arrangements to be available today for the appointment but unfortunately this garage is absolutely unreliable and dishonest. Please avoid.
