From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was calm, clean, welcoming, and beautifully presented. The team are warm, professional, and genuinely interested, taking the time to understand exactly what I wanted and ensuring I felt completely relaxed throughout my visit. The treatment itself was absolutely outstanding (Glow), thoughtful, skilfully delivered, and far superior to anything I’ve had elsewhere. Every detail was considered, from the soothing ambience to the high-quality products used. I left feeling refreshed, pampered, and genuinely looked after. Serenity Spa Formby is a true gem, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious, personalised experience. I’ll definitely be returning!

   Absolutely loved my Storm Facial today at Serenity Spa with the lovely Amy! From start to finish the whole experience was incredibly relaxing – Amy made me feel so comfortable and pampered throughout. The treatment itself was amazing and I could feel the difference straight away. My skin is now glowing and feels so refreshed and healthy. I honestly couldn’t be happier with the results and can’t wait to book in again. Highly recommend!
