Debbie is AMAZING. She is so friendly and welcoming, got my eyebrows microbladed with her and topped up recently. I never get any treatments so was apprehensive at first going in, I met her and trusted her instantly. She is fantastic, gave me all the information I needed for after care and welcomed me messaging her if I was worried or had anymore questions. The whole process she made me feel calm and comfortable and is such a lovely person. So happy with my eyebrows, she did them exactly how I wanted them. lovely young women works there, friendly, good knowledge of treatments etc , but I wasn't happy when on my birthday they cancelled my appointment 10mins before, saying they didn't want to drive in high winds, but that day 18th Feb in and around md area it was fine , their loss of £65 treatment and ruined birthday as couldn't book anywhere else with such short notice, not a way to run a.business they just wanted an early dart as it was a Friday!! car park needs fixing in also as massive deep he's in the ground which have damage the underside of my car.
I was searching for a local salon for a much needed facial and managed to get a last minute appointment with Debbie. The salon is super clean, all the correct PPE and masks worn at all times so I felt really safe. Debbie listened to what I needed and my skin is so very grateful! Definitely recommend.
