   I was pleasantly surprised by the service I received from DDR in Ashtead, Surrey. Despite this being only a small repair they were very efficient truthful in everyway. There was no six weeks waiting time which I usually get from the main dealers no poor excuses as they are busy, Just straight forward answers and a confirmed price.    I needed a smashed wing mirror casing urgently ahead of a trip across Europe in three days. Took it in to see Dan this morning who confirmed we need a new casing. Six hours later and replacement casing has been ordered, delivered and fitted. Two days before MB dealer would even slot me in for an inspection. Genuine "can do" attitude, very helpful. Its a shame my car with two free services as I would love the opportunity to give them more business!!

   Had my car serviced by DDR this week. Travelled a few miles as heard good things - rightly so. Fantastic service (literally) - extremely well priced for an S class and very efficient. Would definitely recommend and think they are more efficient and offer better customer service than many main dealers who charge a lot more!

   This was the second time I have had my car worked on with these guys, after moving to Surrey a year ago. Very professional, polite and most importantly honest, which can unfortunately be a rarity these days.
