   Absolutely waste. mainly never go to MOT there..They try to get maximum repair work there...Cost is too high and services is poor.Even garage need cash in hand or bank transfer.. Through Card price again higher.Never ever try this garage.

   I called this garage to get help on my car as they had generally good reviews and recommended from a friend. As I was having engine issues on my car and already spent money on diagnostics fees from 2 other garages which both already highlighted the same issue of misfire from cylinder 1, I didnt want to spend money again on diagnostics. So I called this garage to check if they can do cylinder valve replacement, and if yes I'll bring my car round. However the guy on the phone was so rude and unprofessional and got angry after I couldn't bring my car the first time. I explained that the car was already at another garage so I now need to take it to a garage that can do the job as some others have said they can't do. I'm not going to bring my car round, for them to run diagnostics again and then say they can not do either. So I wanted this confirmation before hand so I dont waste money and time, however this person just did not listen to what I was trying to explain. He kept insisting I didn't bring the car amd they would do their own checks with no mention of whether they are able to fix or not. I asked to speak to first guy who was the manager and he refused to let me speak to him and disconnected the phone! I can not believe I have been treated in such a rude manner as the disrespect to the customer. I do not recommend getting any work done from them, it seems as if they're just after quick money where possible. I've told my friend who used this garage and he will not use them anymore. Not only have they lost him but also me as a potential new customer which is their loss as I had other cars that needed MOT and servicing work done. Very disappointed and shocked at their behaviour!!
