   Absolutely terrible service firstly they had me sat in the seat for nearly an hour before they even started the man that done my hands was so rude pulling my hand no communication didn’t speak once and once fineshed nails just for up off the seat and moved in I asked the lady am I done and she said yes then when I went to pay they had me going in the newsagent next door and because I had Apple Pay the wanted me to draw £65 out to pay for my service and the shop said £1 per £10 so I said no I said to the lady I have to go u want me to pay now via bank trans like they said at the beginning or not pay at all they soo. Gave me a bank card out of the draw to pay (had to go through about 10-15 bank cards to give me one) absolutely terrible service I will not recommend this place at all I would never return and am also not happy with my nails all rushed they are all for the money in there not the customers

   Just been for toenails, didn't enjoy the experience. Messy and dirty nails all over the floor. Very busy which was fine , thought oh okay must be good then. I couldn't of been more wrong, rude staff who don't speak just make a noise or tap your leg in a hurried Manor for you to lift your foot up. Very rough and as for the nails themselves what a joke. I asked for pink gel Polish with French tip. I ended up with just pink gel with nails that haven't been cut straight and gel Polish missing from the sides of nails and seeping into the cuticle . Don't know how this place is trading. ONCE AND NEVER AGAIN. Only went because my usual place was closed. MY MISTAKE, SAVE YOUR MONEY AND JUST DON'T DO IT. They can't even be bothered to say goodbye just take your money fast and Walk away.

   I sat down waited 40 minutes, still no one started on my nails and was doing new people who just walked in, before me! i continued waiting and someone new walked in and sat next to me and someone started on her nails in 5 mins where i was still waiting for mine after 40 minutes! Awful!

   The boss is rude and disrespectful! He treats customers with contempt. Barking at customers to sit down . They start you off and leave you to start another customer. The aim is that you can not leave once they have started. I went once and walked out due to the amount of people waiting, the boss chased me down the street shouting “ hey , you come back “ ! I won’t be returning . The quality has also gone downhill due to the pressure he puts on his staff to turn customers around .

   Always get my nails done here. Staff are great and quick. I love that you don't have to book an appointment, you can just walk in. It does get very busy; it's always worth the wait ☺️

   Me and my sister got our nails done here last week. They initially were taking their time but then ended up switching persons and we both got rushed towards the end. I now have not even 1 week later a nail almost popping off and a few others beginning to lift. Won't be going here again do not recommend.

   Has a set of acrylic nails done here would not go again. I was left with some shellac around the edges of my finger tips and also the side of my finger was filed into an bled. After 5 days two of the nails had snapped off
