Really poor service. Had my appointment booked for nearly 2 weeks, turned up early, even drove there yesterday as not been contacted wanted to confirm appointment. Sat in the seat and told couldn’t get my hair done as they hadn’t done a patch test. Apparently they should have got in touch with me to schedule a patch test but we’re just looking at eachother perplexed and they “couldn’t believe no one had contacted me”. No sorry, no offer to do a patch test on me, no offer to rebook my appointment. Will not rebook. Improve your customer service.
Lovely atmosphere, great service. Lesley does amazing hair colouring & styling, is very confident in her skills aswell, I'm happy to always trust her knowledge and experience.
