   Disappointing Service and Unprofessional Management I strongly advise against using this garage. My experience was extremely disappointing, largely due to the manager, Anthony. When I inquired about a complimentary check, rather than explaining the policy, he rudely dismissed my questions and told me to “complain to whoever I like.” His attitude was arrogant, as if he owned the entire establishment, and it seemed the staff shared my dissatisfaction. To make matters worse, when I asked about services beyond tyre changes, he stated that the garage is only set up for tyres and brakes and claimed they don’t even have a mechanic available for additional checks. He even threatened to have my work reassigned, implying he could ban me for simply challenging his decisions. In contrast, my visit to Halfords Auto Centre on Farnham Road, Slough, was hassle-free with my tyre change completed efficiently and professionally. I regret choosing this garage and recommend considering other options for a better customer experience.

   Presley and Sally is very good at car knowledge. I recently took my car in for service, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the experience. They were incredibly professional and attentive, sometime the calls were delayed but I know they are very busy. They took the time to thoroughly explain the work that needed to be done and provided me with a detailed estimate before starting any repairs. Not only did they address the issues I brought it in for, but they also performed a complimentary inspection and topped off all the fluids and gave me some free car washing liquid. Will come back for MOT and service next year. Thanks guys Presley and Sally.

   Excellent service, i dropped in after noticing my tyres were slashed. The guys there were able to confirm which of my tyres needed changing and were very helpful and honest with their assessment of the ryres which needed changing and those that didn't. The choice of tyres was simple enough with a range of wuality and prices clearly explained. The main thing is these guys caree and offered peraonal service, at no time did you feel they were "selling hard" they were actually giving greay customer service which ended up in me buying the bettwr quality tyres and coming away a bit more knowledgeable. Now i will return there again and again as they have gained.my trust. A super job and excellent branch i will now put these guys as my go to place.

   I recently visited National Tyres and Autocare center in Ealing and my experience was just okay. While the staff were polite and professional, the service was a bit slow and I had to wait longer than I expected. The prices were reasonable, but I felt like I was getting the bare minimum service for the cost. Additionally, the waiting area could have been more comfortable and inviting. Overall, if you're in a pinch and need a quick service for your car, National Tyres and Autocare center may suffice, but don't expect the most outstanding experience.

   Have been to this place before and had a good experience but during my last visit was very disappointed with service as there was no communication from staff and had to wait extra 2hrs for a tyre change, price and service doesn’t match. Will be avoiding in future and book mobile Halfords service for the same price.

   Disappointed with the service. I went for a puncture repair and was told I need a new tyre without seeing any proof of this. Of course they'd rather charge hundreds of pounds for a new tyre than £25 for a puncture repair! Service was slow, I wasn't kept up to date with progress with the car.I came for my appointment on time but was told they are short staffed so it took the whole day from 11am to 4.30pm for 1 tyre. Will not use again. You have been warned !

   Fantastic service from the team. Brought my car in for a tyre check due to concerns with losing tyre pressure. They very quickly identified the issues with several tyres and were able to replace as needed on the same day. The team were super friendly and extremely competitive pricing. Will definitely be bringing my car back here in the future.

   Horrendous customer service. Ordered 4 tyres via Halfords and chose this garage only because I could book an appointment on a Sunday. I received a call next week 1 day before my appointment to inform me in the most unapologetic manner possible that they don't work on Sundays - my appointment must have sat in their system for a week before they realised that it was there, one would have thought that the penny would drop when the tyres were delivered but alas. All I got in response to my complaint for the disruption of my plans this has caused was "what do you want to do next"! As my tyres were already there, I couldn't change the garage so i rebooked for the following week, when they compressor stopped working just as I arrived, which in fairness to them happens so not much they can do about it. What was ridiculous though is that the person behind the front desk asked me to wait to see whether they can fix it and went in the back to chat on the phone for 15 min and smoke while I sat there waiting. After his return, he nonchalantly took another booking completely oblivious to the fact that I am still waiting. Finally, i was just told - "compressor is knackered, what do you want to do", no apology for the inconvenience caused whatsoever. I cancelled my order and will def avoid their services in the future

   Friendly service, but if you book online first you will save £20+ per tyre. Unfortunately I was tight on time so paid way too much, could have gotten the same 4 tyres for £86 less if I could have waited.

   I needed a tyre replace for all 4 wheels. I found a company National tyres and Autocare. Easy reservation online + pay. I came early and that was ok they took me 30 mins early, finished in 45min, I would like to thanks to you guys and mainly Dave. Great service I recommend to anyone.
