   Got my nails done here yesterday for the first time ever and to say it was amazing would be an understatement I was very anxious getting my nails done as the last time i had them done (a different salon) one broke through my nail bed causing me lots of pain! The woman who did my nails (didn’t catch her name sadly) was such a lovely lady who made me feel so welcome into the salon and was so gentle and kind to me Her work is outstanding! my nails look amazing and the amount of colour options they offer is crazy! something for everyone there Not only is it a good price and perfect work the staff are all so lovely and kind would definitely recommend this salon to anyone in shotton looking for a good manicure All tools are super clean and salon is clean and decorated beautifully I paid £37 for a acrylic removal and a full new set with sparkly gel I can’t wait to go back for my next set :D (please excuse my skin in my photo i’m a ex nail biter)

   The worst customer service of my life! Been having nails done for over 25 years and never been treated so appallingly! The girl forcibly held my hands down under the curing lamp! Said I wasn’t doing it properly! Disgusting place, never going back there. So rude!
