   I was a walk in today and was made up yo be seen too. Lady that done my nails was really nice. I had a acrylic infil and a pedicure with shellac. So happy I have found my new nail place.

   I have used Nail One for many years. Staff members are quiet and polite. Only once have I had a problem - a very minor one - and that was remedied the same day, after I called from home. I award the salon 10/10.

   Very poor service staff not very polite Nails were not as requested and very very sore after treatment Nail tech was being closely observed by another member of staff as if he wasn’t fully qualified. Definitely not returning !!

   got acrylics done here and the design was not what i asked for, came back the next day and had them redone. two have fell off already and i haven’t even had them on for a week

   Had my gel nails done less than a week ago. The young lad didn't know what he was doing. He didn't remove my cuticles and my clear gel nails are bumpy and rippled. They have already started peeling off. Total waste of £15. I normally do my own and do a much better job. Won't be returning.

   If I could give it 0 stars I would. Spent hours sat waiting for them to do my nails needed to be gone by 5 and was there from 2. I finally was called to get them done and they put the wrong tips on I wanted clear to get the design I wanted and they put on white. I was then passed on to a male tech. the male nail tech was unclean blowing his nose and not washing his hands after. He cut my nails wonky and uneven, he wasn’t careful when filing my nails making them hurt afterwards. I was then passed on to a lady who put the acrylic power on very rushed making them streaky and bumpy and then did the butterflies I asked for. After having them on for two days one has already snapped. For £35 they were not worth the money and I am tempted to asked for my money back. Worst experience I have had with a nail place.

   Went into this salon yesterday for the first time as my normal lady was fully booked. I've been getting my nails done for years now but I have to say these are the best ever. They are absolutely immaculate and will going here in future.
