   Came here today and “disappointed” is an understatement—these are the worst nails I’ve ever had, and I’ve been to many salons. I asked for a long length and received short nails. I asked for a coffin shape and got square nails that are wonky and bumpy. The whole set (acrylic and colour) took about half an hour, and there is acrylic all over my cuticles. The nails already feel like they’re about to pop off, so I have no doubt they’ll lift within days. It felt like the salon was more focused on rushing through clients for money than providing quality service. Do not waste your time or money here.

   My wife and daughter visited in September...here is there review..... Rude!!!! So disappointing after using Top Nails for so many years and being happy with there service I will never use them again. The lady who seemed to be in charge was very aggressive and rough bending my fingers. She was extremely rude. Both customers either side of me were looking with awkwardness in there expression as they could how she was acting with me. We both wanted simple basic nails, nothing fancy. But it seemed to much trouble. I never write reviews it's always my husband who does his reviews. But I had to come onto his account to warn people of Top Nails. Do not waste your money there. Amy

   First time coming into the salon today after my friend always saying Good things about it and I’ll definitely be going back! ☺️ Showed a picture of what I wanted and got exactly that, so very happy! The lady who did my nails was very polite and gentle!

   I recently visited Top Nails, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The staff displayed a level of rudeness that was not only unprofessional but also quite disheartening. Despite clearly communicating our preferences, it felt as though our suggestions were dismissed without consideration. I had come across several reviews highlighting similar issues, but I hoped for a better experience. Sadly, the handling of customers here was rough, leaving us feeling undervalued and frustrated. I believe that a salon's success hinges on its ability to listen to and respect its clients, and this is an area where Top Nails falls short. I hope management takes these concerns seriously and works towards improving customer service, as I believe it could significantly enhance the overall experience for future clients.

   DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY - I’ve been to many salons for the past 8 years and these are by far the rudest staff I have ever came across. I have never left a bad review for a salon but in this case I feel so shocked at the service I received. You were Incredibly aggressive when filing my nails, making them burn which caused me to naturally tense my fingers - you then told me to stop tensing my hands and continued to use the electric filter whilst aggressively shaking my hand and throwing it on the table once you were done as if you were fed up. Completely unnecessary and aggressive behaviour, and so impolite. I felt so uncomfortable in your salon and couldn’t wait to leave. To think you had me pay nearly £60 for this “treatment” and within 3 days of wearing the nails the design has fallen apart although I have been incredibly careful with them. I am not one to leave a negative review and have thought for a few days about sharing my experience. This was my first time visiting your salon and the passive aggression and horrible attitude is not a way to have a first customer return. The one positive thing I can say is the nails were nice, however it is a shame they only lasted me 72 hours and the staff have an appalling attitude. Oh, not to mention you only have 3 days to enjoy your nails or as stated on their board you must pay to fix them yourself.

   Went here as my normal nail tech is on holiday…will not be repeating the experience even in a pinch. I found the lady doing my nails very rough. I left the shop with pains all in my hands and fingers which hasn’t gone a day later. Nails haven’t been shaped properly and all look different. She clipped my cuticles with dirty scissors, and has snipped my skin off . Polish has gone over the cuticles so it’s going to lift really easy. Edit…4 days later polish had all lifted!
