   I had an appointment booked for a week, for the following Friday, for a full head of highlights, I was then contacted 12 hours before my appointment saying that she doesn’t have time to do a full head can she do a half head highlights, I said no because that is not what I booked in for, and she told me at 10pm at night when my appointment was at 10am the next morning. Since she wasn’t able to fulfill my request I cancelled my appointment because that is not what I booked in for originally, she then demanded a cancellation fee, which is 50% of the cost of the appointment, which I will refuse to pay. She didn’t once ask to reschedule, she did not offer another day, she literally messaged me 12 hours before my appointment. Was not happy at all!!

   I went to love hair and beauty for my sons perm for the first time he was absolutely made up with the results. And would not go anywhere else. Staff are absolutely fantastic. So lovely great atmosphere within workplace definitely a five star from us.

   After leaving my hair just as is since before lockdown, I went to Cathy to revive it and get natural highlights put in, the result was perfect! My hair looks so healthy and the I couldn’t be happier with the colours! Cathy and all the girls in the salon are so friendly and welcoming, I wouldn’t dream of going anywhere else. Cannot praise them enough!
