   I got there 5 minutes earlier than my appointment time. I was seen 10 minutes later. No one advised me that they would be late and no apologies for the lateness on their part. The lady did a very rushed job and barely said two words to me. She rushed so much she dropped a bunch of liquid (gel? Wax?) on my new hoodie and barely cleaned it up. Appointment took less than ten minutes and she was extremely rough, digging into my face when wiping of any traces of wax. It was very uncomfortable! She also scratched my nose when ripping off the wax strips. Not a happy camper. To top it off, no where in store or on their website said it's cash only! Extremely inconvenient. I guess the price matches the service but I won't be going here again for a wax session, nor do I recommend others to either. Bad customer service, rushed job and not a place to be if you allergic to dogs as there is a dog insite with free roaming and sits in the furniture.

   First visit for gel nails. Good price and lovely team of staff- friendly and chatty. Nails have lasted 3 weeks and although I now have growth, I feel like they will last forever. Would highly recommend and will be going again for sure!

   A wonderful, warm welcoming salon! Professional treatments including waxing. I have now been twice and hope to become a regular client. There are a lot of long term regular clients at Venus Nails which speaks volumes about how valued the clients feel about the salon.
