Both Aleks and Lydia are so wonderfully kind, gentle and professional. I had a wonderful back massage (recharge package) with Lydia, all knots removed and I floated home, Aleks sorted my eyebrows and a lash lift - I wouldn't trust anyone else to do them. I can’t rate Alex highly enough. It was clear from the moment we spoke she’s very knowledgeable of products/processes and in all aspects of her role. Alex put my mind at ease by talking through (in depth) the various steps, including the expecting results and aftercare. I am absolutely delighted with the final product!!! I feel like a new women!!!
