   After receiving a voucher as a gift I decided to get my gel Manicure done at glow before my holiday. I was shocked by the price, £45 compared to 20-25 most other places. At that price I expected it to be 'extra'. It wasn't. The staff were friendly though. They also tried to charge an extra £15 on top of the 45 for removing existing gel from 4 fingers! At the end of my manicure I had to ask for cuticle oil and got hand cream instead. Unfortunately the polish on both thumbs wasn't cured properly so I had to return the next day to have it removed and reapplied twice! The final disappointment was one of my leading edges starting to lift 3 days after application. I wasn't able to return again due to going on holiday. I would not recommend this overpriced salon based on my experience.

   I’m neurodivergent and can often find new experiences quite confronting, but the staff were amazing from start to finish and the therapist took time to understand what I was looking for. I was instantly at ease and the session was really amazing. I will definitely be back!

   Glow did a Pamper Party for my 11 year's birthday with 5 other friends, and it was brilliant. There were mocktails and cupcakes, and the therapists did nails and make-up - they were so patient, lovely and chatty with the girls. They all had an amazing time, looked fabulous when made up, and really enjoyed their experiences. Thoroughly recommend!
