First visit and very pleasant. Covid precautions in place by the use of dividing panels and all staff wearing masks. Had a lovely cut by Debbie. Putting layers back in my hair and giving it a much needed thinning and adding a new fringe, which I love. Then followed with a curly blow dry. Will definitely be back.

Unfortunately, I had a very uncomfortable first time experience at the salon, in particular with my colour. I had to remind the hair stylist of the colour she was going to use. The staff were lovely but seemed very dis intrested in my colour. The wrong colour was applied which had to be re applied, which meant being in the salon for over 3 hours. I would have expected some money for the inconvenience taken off my bill, however i paid the full price. A very uncomfortable salon experience.
Been going to Sophisticut for over 10 years now and they really are the best hairdressers I have ever been to...... and I've been to a few! ... Judith really knows my hair and is a fantastic cutter... And you too Gary xx Susanne Clarke
An outstanding hair salon in the heart of Hawarden, a warm welcome by all the staff who give an excellent service. Sophisticuts owner Gary is absolutely fabulous, I would not let anyone else cut my hair. Would I recommend Sophisticut, you bet I would.
