   I have been here quite a few times and it is really hit and miss. Sometimes you get the girl or one of the guys that are amazing (I think the amazing guy is the owner?), but on two occasions I have got a guy who has done an absolutely terrible job. He made them massively thick and the thumbs misshapen. It has put me off coming here again in case I end up with him again. I think he is wearing glasses but I can't remember. Not one of the younger slimmer guys. Sorry that's the best I can do to explain. I thought about whether I should leave a review but if I don't highlight it then perhaps he won't improve. I had to go to another salon to get them fixed and they were shocked at the state of the shape and thickness, and commented that it spilled over the edge of my nails. I think perhaps more training on how to make the builder gel thinner and the appropriate shape would really benefit this technician and ensure repeat customers.

   Never a bad set of nails! They’ve done nails for all occasions for me and I’ve never had any break, blemish or loose their shine! I’m always looking forward to the next design- wouldn’t dare go anywhere else

   MADE ME WAIT 2 hours!!! Didn’t say a word to me about how long the other nail technicians would be. Didn’t offer me a drink of water. I got there for 5pm. Purposely taken ages on their current client. Appauling customer service. Dirty nail salon, with a damp toilet. After 2 hours of waiting, I had to walk out, without getting my nails done. Very frustrating experience to say the least. Would never recommend anyone to waste their time or money here.

   First time visit. Salon was bright and welcoming. I only had to wait fifteen minutes to be seen. I had shellac toes and they only took about twenty five minutes.I was impressed with the result , nice sparkly toenails and friendly service. It didn’t bother me they spoke in their own language between themselves , why would it. I felt very relaxed throughout and will return

   Didn’t have time to go to my usual place and went here as I had time to kill before going the hairdressers and the reviews seemed decent. I wouldn’t go back if you paid me. I don’t know what some salons obsession is with removing existing shellac by drilling it off. It’s happened to me in the past and I’ve always been so so worried about it happening again that I always ask for them to be soaked off. I had a guy do mine and he went wild with the drill, I could feel my nails burning and when he’d done my gel, my nails were bending they were so thin. I had them soaked off and to say my nails are ruined is an understatement, there’s a defined semi circle on each nail where he’s drilled around my cuticle and my nails are so thin I’ve had to cut them as short as possible. Even with them this short I can feel them bending. The only good thing I have to say about this place is that he did decent nail art, but to me it wasn’t worth the aftermath. I’ve thought carefully before writing this review, but I don’t want anyone else to have the discomfort I’ve experienced.

   I have been to many nail bars and every time my acrylics were removed my natural nails were so weak and brittle. I had acrylics from Hollywood nails for about 8 months and when they removed just after Christmas my own nails were long and very strong. I have had them coated with a strengthener and will definitely go back for manicures. Love them!
