Came for bottomless brunch with the girls, drinks were replenished promptly and cocktails and drinks within the prosecco menu were really good quality compared to other bottomless brunch locations. Everyone on the table were able to pick specific bottomless brunch menus meaning we could have choose whether we wanted the cocktail or prosecco menu, which meant everyone was happy. Staff were attentive and friendly and nothing was too much of an ask. FOOD … WOW! The food was incredible, piping hot and really good portions! We’ve already booked our next visit! Highly recommend!

Went for a meal for two, this was our first time at the Firepit and it did not disappoint! We had the Southern Chicken Burger and the Beef and Blue Cheese Gnocchi; both were fantastic! Would definitely recommend for families, friends and couples! Extra shout out to Arin for their excellent service also! We will return!

We ate around 2pm so was very quiet. The food was amazing though. Friendly, attentive staff. Lunch menu was very reasonable at 2 courses for £21 or 3 for £26. I settled for squid starter and Rump steak still cooking on hot stone. Best steak I've had in a while. All in all, very good.

Booked for sat dinner, arrived and we were happily greeted and were shown to our table, ordered and soon after the starter came, baby pork ribs were delicious. Then once finished the sharer plate came, all 3 meats were wonderfull. I only have 3 suggestions regarding the sides, French fries were too cooked, sauces were very tiny, as a sharer plate at least double the sauces as the meat is not seasoned at all, could suggest having some table salt on the tables? We had desert after, the firepit Sunday and it was quite good. Waiter was lovely and very attentive. Nice ambiance and music playing. Defo recommend a visit.

Wasn't impressed with the Service as soon as we arrived we waited few mins at the front desk for someone to come greet us . Was asked any allergies and follow me. No hi you okay thanks for waiting ect.... Was shown to our table. Had to repeat our order several times to the waiter so it was understood. The food however was delicious but the atmosphere was very lacking of anything exciting for a Sunday afternoon . You could see the Steam trains arriving though through the window.

Sunday lunch with family. Food reasonable (medium) Large portions which is not my thing but if that’s what your into .…….. Dry with virtually no gravy! We asked for a little more gravy please as really was not even enough to cover plate. Bill came and could not believe charged a service charge (slightly cheeky) BUT. £10 for extra gravy. Really !!!! This is the pics of how much gravy was served. Is this just me or is this the amount of gravy you would like on a Sunday lunch ???

I took my wife for a nice meal out here and as we walked in the place looked smokey from the grill. We then sat down ordered drinks and from that point on things got worse. Prices were expensive so you expect quality food and service. Lots of staff standing around doing nothing while we sat and waited for drinks. The £33 mixed grill came with most of it under cooked and not as much as you would expect for that price. My wife had the vegetable kebab and again under cooked. After waiting ages we had to flag down a member of staff so we could order deserts. 25mins later 2 cookie dough and coconut ice cream deserts came. The ice cream was melted and was vanilla not coconut as it said on the menu. So all in all £89 for a bad meal with slow service. I once heard very good things about this place but I think those days are long gone.

We booked the firepit for our 1st wedding anniversary, it was a really nice atmosphere with very friendly staff. The only thing stopping it being 5 stars was the cost. £10 for a starter seemed a bit expensive but all in all the food was great and we had a lovely night.

Really enjoyed the atmosphere, the building was very nice, and service was great. Burger was amazing and the cocktails were lovely. Starter was a little small for the money, but excellent food and drink overall.

It was okay. The food was good to fair, certainly nothing to complain about. Inside the place is nicely done. The staff were friendly enough but very poorly trained; no scanning tables, no steps of service at all, waited an age to order in an empty place. No check back or even offers for more drinks. More proactive staff would make this venue better.
