   Lovely experience today with Abbey. It was my first visit and I had a colour, cut and blow. I was welcomed instantly by the team and Abbey was brilliant. She listened, checked to make sure I was happy and explained everything she was doing and using every step of the way. I was even given a little goodie bag as a new customer. What a delightful salon.    Got my hair cut by Abbie today and I absolutely love it. It’s exactly what I was hoping for. She listened to everything I said, gave advice and recommendations based on my hair type and everything. The experience really felt personalised to my wants and needs. She answered all of my many questions and helped me through my anxiousness - I’ve always been really nervous about people going near my hair. I’m definitely going back again. I’d recommend coming here, especially if you’re an anxious person like me.

   I had a wonderful experience at this salon ! I booked a last minute appointment with Abbie at From the Roots. It was my first visit to the salon and I decided to book an appointment after seeing them on FB. I liked the look of the salon and its well being ethos and its positive reviews. I wasn’t disappointed. Everything about my visit was fantastic. I was greeted warmly at reception by a lovely receptionist and offered a complimentary drink, which arrived with an absolutely delicious shot of carrot, orange & ginger juice ( made in house.). I would seriously visit the salon just to buy this juice it was so good. It was a very nice touch and made me feel relaxed and welcome. During my hair appointment , which began on time, Abbie took time to carefully consult with me about how I wanted her to cut my hair and what issues I was facing with my hair plus she offered useful advice about how to improve the condition of my hair. I never felt rushed and that she actually listened and understood what I wanted. As I had just washed and coloured my hair that morning and I have very wavy hair we decided to dry cut my hair on this occasion and then style it. The result was the best cut I’ve had in years. She also styled it beautifully and it looked modern and not too done which is definitely my preference. I will definitely be booking in with Abbie again for my next hair cut as I now trust that she will listen and achieve the hair cut I want. The cost of my hair cut was also extremely reasonable. On leaving I was given a little complimentary pack with vouchers off a treatment for my next visit, samples etc which was another really nice, thoughtful touch. In conclusion this is a really great salon. The salon itself is bright and modern and the staff are genuinely friendly and extremely professional and the services on offer are exceptional. Plus it has the extra touches that sets it apart from the rest. I’m looking forwards to my next visit .

   Lovely salon - little touches which make you feel welcome such as wellness shots, gift bag for being a new customer etc not many salons do this anymore, I think it's little things like this which makes going for your hair cut so much more like an experience. I would definitely recommend. I saw Molly for a cut and blow and she did my hair perfectly.

   This Salon is first class, the staff are warm, welcoming and nothing is to much trouble. Leanne restyled my hair, went through all the products with me and what they do, I have finally found a Salon that I know along with Leanne will take care of my hair and I look forward to my return in 6 weeks, more goodies to buy for my hair.
