The lovely staff managed to fit me in last minute. My appointment was with the manager who was absolutely fabulous! She listened to what I wanted, gave me great advice and did an amazing job! I’m just sorry I never caught her name! Thank you Regis, Warrington! Love my new do!
The availability was great they managed to fit us in for a last minute appointment, as they had walk in appointments available. The person that did our hair was extremely caring, friendly and chatty. Really nice person! Unfortunately the hair cut was not straight and despite checking and it attempted to be corrected, it was still not straight. Fortunately another hairdresser from a different salon happened to be passing by on our way home and kindly volunteered to fix the hair cut. Such a shame because the service was good however the cut was absolutely dreadful! In my opinion, it was overpriced for what we got.
Izzy did an amazing job! She really listened to what I wanted and gave me a fantastic haircut. I felt so pampered and left the salon feeling fabulous. Highly recommend!"
I went in for a shampoo, cut and style. I asked for a layered haircut to which I left with nothing like what had I asked for and it was what looked like the top half of my hair was cut into a Bob and the bottom half had been left, the first quarters of both sides of my head (front of hair to ear section) was to the length of a Bob then there was a step to the longer length of my hair. I had to cut it myself at home into a one length Bob. Not to mention I got charged EXTRA for having “coarse” hair, I have been to this salon 2 times previous to this and have never been charged extra for this. Overall was not a good experience and will not be going back.
I had a 9am appointment with Lisa and it was my first visit to Regis in Warrington. Lisa was very friendly and made me feel at ease. She talked through how I wanted my hair and it turned out just as I hoped it would. Lisa is a credit to the salon.
I always love coming to Regis to have my hair done by Alex, I know I can trust him to do my hair and that I will come out pleased with the results. This time I had some highlights around my face, the first time I’ve had any for years! I’m really happy with the results too ♥️
Anna was lovely, but she was in the salon alone, managing late customers, phone calls and drop ins. My appointment was 25 mins late and I even started blow drying my own hair to avoid missing my train. Despite Anna’s best efforts (and her colleague who helped when she arrived at the salon) I ended up with very rushed ghd curls not the curly blow dry I booked and paid for. My curls didn’t not even last the 2 hours to London …. Absolutely not Anna’s fault, the management shouldn’t have left her to manage a busy salon alone. Overall a waste of time & money for me, only highlight was how lovely Anna is
Have been using Regis salon Warrington for over a year - very pleased with stylist Donna who listens and understands my wishes resulting in perfect style ever time. Donna is friendly, approachable and professional and I feel comfortable using salon.
Great service, Steph styled and also done my daughters hair. She was excellent and done what we asked for, after trying a number of salons and not getting the right result I was made up with what she had done. Would definitely recommend. Thank you.
