Best hair cut/colour I've had- done by Sarah (I hope I've got that right). Beautiful balyage with dusky rose/mauve ends. I'm very pleased, it is just like the pics I brought. I booked in after a number of other hairdressers said I would only suit caramel highlights when I asked about blended colours, but Sarah at Jakata was keen to help find a colour I would suit and would also be a bit more exciting. Looks very well blended with my natural colouring, see pics
Lucy was incredible. I really appreciate her patience and taking the time to fully understand what I wanted from the appointment and checking in throughout the process to ensure I was completely happy. She was really pleasant and honestly made this the best hairdressers experience for me. She came across really knowledgeable and experienced and I feel this was visible through the end result. I got my hair color n cut done by Mathew and it was a wonderful experience. Although a bit pricey but totally worth it. He is a very experienced and good hair dresser. Would definitely return.
I love what Lucy did to my hair. A total restyle from drab super long hair to a beautiful long bob. Lucy really listened to me and styled my hair according to my hair texture and face shape. Popped in for a wash and big curly blow dry with Matthew. My first Jakarta experience but it might (regretfully) be my last. The service was great and Matthew was wonderful. So friendly and catty and just a gorgeous warm person. He clearly knows his stuff, as he was able to advise me about my scalp and haircut shaping. The downside was only the price. £55 for a blowout … to be fair the website said “from £25” and I didn’t actually ask beforehand (so I paid without objections! I’m not a Karen!) but I just don’t think I can stretch to this again. Maybe the special scalp shampoo and fringe trim I asked for added to the cost and I didn’t realise…? Not sure. My advice would be just to double check the price ahead of time. If the price works for you, then I can assure you that you’d be in safe hands with Matthew.
