   I am not sure where she got her hairdressing course from but I believe it's time for some improvements. I went to get my hair done and now it is like a metal wire. I cannot straighten it nor let it curl as it's not curling anymore. I also got asked to brush my own hair with a hairbrush that already had hair in it from the previous client. I have curly hair and she has no experience with such thing. Very unprofessional environment as well.

   Charmaine has been doing my hair since I was about 13 as she’s one of my sisters best mates. This was when she was mobile, then when she opened The Studio we started coming here. I would not trust anyone else to do my hair. Charmaine is professional, kind, friendly and always listens to exactly what you want and provides the best professional advice. She goes above and beyond to fit you in last minute if she can, and the laughs you have with her in the salon makes the whole experience really enjoyable.

   Been going to Charmaine for 3 years now, absolutely loved my hair every single time. she has gotten it to a lovely shade of blonde with highlights over time to keep my hair healthy with the bleach on it an I’ve stupidly put pink over it so I’m trusting her to sort it out for me an get me back blonde which I know she will :) best hairdresser I’ve been too wouldn’t go anywhere else. Helps she is the most honest trustworthy and kindest person ever too x

   Went to Charmaine for the first time recently, as I had heard good things, and I wasn't disappointed. Not only was Charmaine friendly and accommodating but she did the exact colour I wanted and the cut was really good. I have had a number of compliments about the colour since I had it done so will definitely be going back.

   Found this little gem 10 months ago. Took my box dyed hair and gradually made it into a lovely shade if blonde. Always accommodates whenever I ask, brilliant hairdresser who really knows her stuff. Trust her 100%. Lovely, genuine, chatty woman.

   Been having my hair done at this salon for 3 years, charmaine is the most honest hair dresser I’ve ever met. Amazing at her job and more than capable of giving you your desired outcome. Her clients have come back time after time for years … unfortunately charmaine is being targeted in a vendetta against her with people leaving fake reviews, please ignore any “new” bad reviews as these are untrue and a part of a campaign to make her business suffer. She has never met or done the hair of the ppl leaving these reviews. All previous reviews over the 13yrs charmaine has traded are a true reflection of Charmaine’s work and capabilities.
