Welcoming and friendly salon, Paula does my hair and is fantastic but all the guys go out of their way to make you feel welcome. After moving to another town I still go back as I’m happy with the service and see no reason to find anywhere else!
Excellent cut by Peter, coloured by Paula & Becky - Fabulous each time. It's nice to have a stylist / technician that listens to what you want. Highly recommended :)
Would recommend the quality of the hairdressing but when you have waited 6 weeks for your appointment to be told your hairdresser is off sick and re-booked in with someone else then on the day get a phone call to re-schedule as that person is also off sick is just taking the 'mickey'. And it's not the first time this has happened. Also make sure you take cash as the card machine never works either. Because of this they just lost my custom.
Not a good cut at all. Clearly did not look at the picture or listen at all. Instead of having a few inches of hair at the back of the head there is 1cm. Totally unacceptable as now feel can’t leave the house. Didn’t understand hair texture, curly hair does not work like that. It can’t be that short. All it would have taken is listening to your client a little longer, and taking more than one glance at a picture and assuming the rest. Will not be returning. Ever.
Lovely time in the Salon at the weekend! Absolutely love love love my new bobbed style. Peter was totally professional and told me exactly what he would be doing. Not sure who it was that washed my hair but it was one of the most relaxing hair washes I've ever had. I will definitely be recommending the salon to all my friends. Thanks.x
