I got my hair done by Mel and had the most amazing experience! I wanted to get all the yellow tones out of my hair and the brief was understood perfectly! I had patch tests and sample strands done. This made me feel comfortable that I would be fine with the products used and happy with the overall colour choices. I am in love with the results and have had SO many compliments! I have been going to H2O for many years. I've always been looked after by Kelly and her team. For the last 2-3 years Grace has been my stylist and she's fabulous. Understands me and my hair, takes the time to explain things. She's efficient, calm, lovely to chat with, and does a fab job of my colour and cut every time! Thanks Grace and H2O!
I have been having my hair cut by Kim for 9 years now and am always happy with the results. She takes great care of the cut and there is always a discussion as to what I want her to do. I cannot recommend both Kim and all the girls at the salon enough. There is always a great atmosphere in the salon and you are looked after from the minute you walk through the door.
I visited the salon today, despite staff sickness and a plumbing problem the team went above and beyond for me. They kept upbeat and smiling even though they were juggling to cover their bookings. I've been having my hair cut and highlighted at H2O for over 16 years which I think is a testament to how amazing the salon is. Everyone is so friendly and professional and there is always a feeling of being welcome. My very thick wavy hair always looks and feels wonderful after Kay has worked her magic on it. The salon also cuts men's hair, my 2 sons have always been very comfortable having their hair cut there by Kim. The salon stocks some great hair products at great prices. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a new hairdresser to give H2O a call.
