I asked for a style I wanted and I got it they advised me on some things to help with my hair and its a lovely little shop round the corner from me ..amazing:)
I won't go anywhere else to get my hair cut! The girls are fab. And I love the way Kelly cuts my hair! Highly recommend

A few weeks ago I saw an advert for for gel nails at £7.50. Extremely cheap, but thought I'd give it a go. I don't have then done that often and I had 2 events to go to that weekend. The first nail gel lifted after 4 hours and another came away at the tip of another nail shortly after, so I went back to have them redone. More nails started lifting off the next day and the next, so I asked for a refund. I would love to be able to show you the pic I took of an envelope of the change I received in 1p's, 2p's, 5p's,10p's, 20p's, 50p's and £1 coins. You could hold it all in 2 hands. Laughable really. I'd never heard of this place before. No wonder! Very unprofessional. Needless to say I would never recommend them.
An appointment was made, I turned up for my appointment and was told it was for yesterday. I explained it was on a card with the time and date written by her staff. I understand that people can make errors but you put it right not tell people you are sorry but will not do anything about it. I will not use this place again.
