I had an excellent experience at HiQ for many years. The manager is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, and they got my tires replaced quickly and efficiently. The pricing is very competitive, and always I left feeling confident in the quality of the work. Highly recommend them!
The HiQ/Goodyear premises in Wood Green continues to fall further into disrepair. Parts of the awning are now falling off (dangerous) and the ongoing pigeon infestation remains unresolved, their waste all over the forecourt. It’s revolting. This should be rectified for the benefit of both the brand and the local community. The property, previously cared for, has now been vacant for over nine months, leaving an uncared-for and filthy shopfront in the heart of our community. The landowners really have a responsibility to address this matter without further delay ensuring the site is repaired and maintained. Emails directly to HiQ go unanswered.
They damage the inside of the alloy. When you take the care back they deny it saying they don’t have machines that can damage the alloy. I told them that it obviously is not a kerb damage, they had nothing to say. Avoid at all costs if you value your vehicle.

THEY ARE THIEVES! DO NOT GO HERE! I went to fix my tyres a couple days ago and they took the tyres to the back and they stool both of the rim parts of my tyres and replaced it with cheap damaged ones. My rim parts were original and new expensive with only minor damage (see photo of before and after). I confronted them about it and they denied it and there was a van at the back of their place running off with the stolen parts. I requested to visit the depo but they had already taken everything. They denied it. I asked to check their CCTV but apparently they don't have cameras in a large store as such (another red flag). The guys name is Butch, him and another one of his worker was involved. I called the police but they did not arrive but gave me a reference number. I will seek legal advise and take them to court. Please do not trust this place, I recognised this scam because I am a very experienced driver but they may be stealing / changing parts of your cars that you may not notice !!!!!!

Great service. In and out in 20 mins for a busted tyre. Friendly staff. Sometimes repair shops can seem places of ancient knowledge only allowed to those with overalls. Replace and fitting £40. Nice.
