   I have been meaning to write this review for some time now. Of all of the garages I have been to, this is the best! Excellent customer service, decently priced, reliable and incredibly honest. All of the team are very professional, very friendly and take the time to explain. I always know I’m in good hands when I bring my car here.    I'm not surprise HIGHVIEW has a 5 Star Rating .. my first time using them has been a faultless experience .. from their initial communication, friendliness of the Staff, to the quality of the work. You know exactly where you stand, what you're paying for and are given an exact time frame for the job. Like going back in time! Thorough / decent work for an affordable price.    Highview was recommended by my dad and uncle who have both been going for years. The team diagnosed and sorted the problem with my Golf window electrics very quickly. Such nice people and reasonably priced I think. As I was leaving I remembered I had a problem with my tyre pressure warning light- no problem, they had already sorted it without mentioning. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Thank you guys x

   I wanted to share my experience with Highview Garage on Colney Hatch Lane because they really helped me out when I was in a bit of a panic. My Peugeot 2008 suddenly showed a "check engine" light, and I had no idea what was wrong. I tried calling around to different garages, including the Peugeot main dealer (Stellantis, where I actually bought the car), but they had no appointments until mid-November! I honestly didn’t know what to do next—but then I contacted Highview Garage. From the very first call, they were so friendly and professional, and they told me to bring the car in so they could have a look. I dropped it off, and later that same afternoon, they called me back. Turns out, there was nothing wrong with the car at all—it was just a service reminder message that hadn’t been cleared properly by the garage I’d used a few weeks earlier. What really surprised me was that they explained everything clearly and kindly... and then said they weren’t going to charge me for the diagnostic check. In a time where it feels like you can’t always trust garages, this kind of honesty and kindness really stood out. I felt so relieved, and honestly, just grateful. If you’re looking for a trustworthy, down-to-earth, and genuinely helpful local garage, I can’t recommend Highview enough. I’ll definitely be going back to them in the future.

   Absolutely phenomenal service time and time again from Highview Garage. The staff are all very friendly and professional. All problems with my car have been dealt with efficiently and with clear expertise. I am always told what actually needs to be replaced and what other parts are still fine. Very rare to find a garage that is so honest about what actually needs to be done to your car that is cost effective to you and the actual workmanship is always excellent. I unreservedly highly recommend this garage!

   I have been using Highview garage for years. My aunty has been using them for years also and was the person that initially recommended them to me. Tony and his lovely staff have seen me through being a student with an incredibly old car and made sure I was good to go, year in and year out. Everyone working at Highview garage have always been honest and friendly and Tony was very patient with me, as a person who knows nothing really about the workings of a car, Tony is very honest and will let you know what's worth fixing and what isn't. They are upfront about pricing and they won't do any work without checking with you first. As a student, this was really appreciated. When I graduated and was able to buy a newer car, I got a service plan with the manufacturer. The manufacturer’s place looked very fancy, they served coffee and a biscuit while I waited. I ate the biscuit whilst they tried to sell me loads of things I didn’t need, or want, and were dismissive when I said I would think about it. So I came straight back to Highview garage. I was just a number in the fancy garage - and they tried to sell me loads of stuff that I just knew Tony and his team never would have. Luckily- I knew where to go, back to Highview garage. Now, as long as I have a car, I have Highview. x

   Excellent, courteous and great value service at Highview Garage. I needed to arrange an MOT at short notice so I contacted them after a friend's recommended. There was lots of useful advice on their website to help prepare for an MOT. Everything was done professionally in the prearranged time. Angelina kept me informed of what was going on while I was waiting and explained everything on the MOT certificate. Very happy customer.

   Outstanding customer service and care. I have been a customer here for 20 years and would never trust my car with anyone else. Efficient and trustworthy garage. Nothing is too big of an ask and all staff will go out of their way to listen and give options. Genuinely honest and competitively priced.    We have been using Highview Garage for the last four years since moving to London and would not use anyone else. Tony, Angelina and everyone else are incredibly helpful and polite and keep us updated throughout the whole time our car is with them. They have no issue explaining anything multiple times. Tony is very honest and will let us know what's worth fixing and what isn't- they won't do any work and make us pay for anything that would be a problem again within a month! Excellent service!
