   I love the Hair Shop. Been coming here since moving into he area for about two years. Sadie, the Manager, is absolutely fantastic across all aspects of hairdressing. I have regular colours, cuts and a weekly blow dry. Sadie gives good advice and has helped me grow my hair and made it easier to manage despite it being very thick. The junior stylists are great and always eager to welcome you into the shop and get your hair washed ready for your appointment. Nothing is too much trouble, always a hot drink ready. Wide range of clients from young to old. Everyone just makes you feel really welcome. There is an on line booking system which make it easier to book/rebook and change appointments and is very easy to use. I would highly recommend this hairdressers for their no nonsense approach, great customer service and thr ability to listen to their clients and give good advice. . Pop in and talk to them and see for yourselves.

   I've recently moved to the Northwich area and have been looking for a new hairdressers, The Hair Shop came highly recommended. I had a Fantastic service by all The Hair Shop staff from start to finish. I will defiantly be returning and would recommend the salon to everyone!

   My experience of this salon was awful! The stylist did not listen to my request and ruined my hair turning it khaki. I went back to have it corrected and was told that they couldnt rectify what the other stylist had done but they could brighten it up to make it feel better, I was not offered an apology and was ushered out with wet hair. After drying my hair at home I found it to be yellow and in need of a toner. I therefore complained to the manager who was extremely rude and indicated that I could not afford the salon. She told me that I had asked for a warm shade which was the yellow and refused to refund me. I have been left with khaki hair on the bottom and yellow on the top that I am having to live with as my hair is extemely dry and damaged from all the colours. I am also £102.50 out of pocket and extremely offended by the so called manager 'Mo' and her awful attitude towards me as a customer. I am not normally a person who complains but had such a bad experience that I want to warn everybody not to go to The Hair Shop in Northwich!
