I have just completed the acrylic nail course with Jade the owner and it was great Jade was a great tutor highly recommended made me feel relaxed and I thoroughly enjoyed it too x
I asked for an inverted bob, firstly i did not get this, it was cut as just a bob (very uneven)as i have thick hair i always have the ends thinned out, i asked for this and again did not receive the service i had requested. As i was not happy i contacted Jade who was happy for me to come back in and she said they would chip in slightly to the ends to make it thinner at the ends and less blocky. I returned to the salon only for them to hack half my hair off, thinning out my hair from the roots so now i have blocks of stumpy hair at my root which makes it near impossible to dry and i cant style my hair. Not at all happy and certainly will not be returning!
Well what can I say!! Firstly thank you so much to Georgina, for being so patient and friendly and actually doing my hair the way I wanted!!! Georgina actually cared about my experience at the salon, couldn't do enough as I was a first time visitor, she impressed me very much...it's also great to walk into a really friendly salon for a change!!
