   I don’t recommend iconic, a hair stylist failed to meet my expectations charged over £350.00 in total - when asked to rectify this, she said she couldn’t so she cancelled my appointment. I then asked to collect my hair extensions, so she left my hair extensions value of £291.00 in a car garage on the side for me to collect which was not only unprofessional but was completely inappropriate. Awful lack of customer service, as the manager was aware of the situation and didn’t contact me via phone or social media. When addressed with the manager by myself, I got offered a FREE consultation & a reduction with using her in cost. Not the fact I had paid for a service and not got it, and all my nanos falling out. I’m still expected to pay again to have it fixed..? Doesn’t seem right to me. So for this reason I do not recommend iconic. I will attach a photo of what I wanted which was a dark shade, and I got light shade and then the colour match so you can see nothing matches and it’s completely not what I wanted.

   Mel is absolutely incredible, after not going to a salon for years as I was never leaving happy, I found iconic and haven't looked back! I've had multiple services including cuts, colour (incl balayage) down to styling and trials. I wouldn't go anywhere else and I always leave happier with exactly what I've asked for :)

   Mel has been fantastic from day one. Always quick to respond to messages and is highly reliable. She’s worked wonders with my previous hair replacement unit, ensuring the cut and blend was perfect making me feel much more confident, I have just had my new system fitted and with Mel’s guidance and knowledge we have selected a new unit which is incredible quality. Mel takes time to check in a few days after our appointment to see if I’m happy with the finish. I look forward to our appointments where Mel makes me feel at ease and comfortable in her salon and I can leave knowing that she has done a brilliant job! highly recommended! If you’re thinking of a hair replacement system - Mel knows her stuff.

   This was my first visit to ‘Iconic's’ and I can’t praise it enough. I had my hair done by a lovely young lady called Kerri. She listened to what I wanted and for the first time since I can remember I walked out of a hair salon with exactly what I had asked for. I can’t thank her enough and I will most certainly be back. Excellent!!!

   Just had a fabulous haircut by Mel. From the first time Mel cut my hair she listens to your ideas and always come up with the best solutions.  I receive so many compliments about my hair, more recently when on holiday in the Lake District and Dorset. Mel’s attention to detail is amazing and a true art. It really is the best hair cut I have ever had and just an incredible experience. The salon is lovely, and every visit feels like a treat.
