   had all four tyres replaced. I also needed a wheel alignment, but I didn’t have enough money at the time. They were incredibly kind and did the wheel alignment for free. While I was waiting, they offered me free drinks—water, coffee, and tea. I’m really happy with their service, and I will definitely pay them back for the wheel alignment once I get my wages. Truly the best people and the best garage I’ve ever been to. Highly recommended!

   I came here to get my 4 tyres replaced, wheel alignment, major service, and MOT. It was my first time using this garage, and I’m really happy with their work! In the past, I’ve had bad experiences at other garages where they damaged my rims while changing tyres, but this place did a perfect job — not a single mark on my wheels. Everything looks great and was done to a very high standard.

   I took my car to HiQ Enfield for a full MOT, service, and brake replacement. Just over two weeks later — after driving only 115 miles — the front wishbone and drive shaft failed, leaving the vehicle immobilised. An independent garage confirmed the fault should have been identified during the MOT. I’ve submitted a formal claim and was offered no reimbursement, only a free MOT. This experience raised serious concerns about the quality and safety of their inspections.

   I had my car serviced at HiQ Enfield today and I couldn’t be happier! They changed all my car filters, replaced the oil, and even completely washed and cleaned the engine — as you can see in the pictures. The price was very reasonable, and the service was outstanding. A big thank you to Riaz, who looked after everything and made the process so easy. I’ll definitely be recommending this garage to all my friends, family, and anyone reading this review.    Great, same day service at HiQ Enfield, plus they rectified a few problems for me, including a recent engine/traction light issue. They also explained carefully what had gone wrong.    This is the place to take your car for any breakdown or service. i went in for a service and i think i had a chat with a great man i think his name was Tommy. i had to drive 400 miles up to Scotland. i arrived around 2pm there was a long queue of cars but after listening and understanding my situation. my car got serviced and i was out of the door within an hour. great team

   Invoiced me for work they didn’t do and lied to me about stripping the car to charge labour. Turned up at the garage to verify that my car was stripped and was clearly not with no signs of work done. Recommend fixes that did not need fixing in hopes that I wouldn’t know/realise. Also was told that the bonnet lock needed to be fixed in order to pass the MOT. MOT was passed later that day and added ‘Bonnet Lock Repair’ on the invoice for £60. When I got the car back the bonnet lock was not repaired, indicating that my mot was passed illegally and the bonnet lock was not fixed. They then claimed this was not a repair and was instead an investigation. Will also not be responding to their generic review message with further details about my visit. The investigation was already taken out and they offered me no compensation. Wouldn’t take my car back for any free work either.

   My car had broken down, I've come to London from Cardiff. I had recovery from AA and they took me to HiQ to get the alternator replaced. The guys were very nice and kind enough to do the job at immediate notice but however during the hand back after the job had been finished the front passenger side seat wasn't tilting up anymore but it was before. The seat was tampered with by the employee that was doing the alternator, I went inside to talk to him and he came outside the garage to check and he was using his phone and torch to see and he knew clearly he's done something. Then another employee comes, he isn't the mechanic but just works for the company in the reception, he tried denying it saying the job I've brought it in for was the alternator, the seat was untouched. This claim is not true, the seat was moved and I've seen with my very own eyes the carpet was picked up and the employee used a drill for something on the front passenger side. The seat was also tilted up. I had no time to deal with it as I needed to get home and they're past closing time they were nice to me to do the alternator so I left but I'm still not happy with it. I'm pretty sure there's also CCTV indoors to prove it. This happened on the 25th of August 2022 at close time.
