Cancelled my appointment on the day of appointment due doctor being off sick. After waiting over a week and taking out of nursery is unacceptable. Cancelled will not be recommending.
I had blood test done , for an urgent matter , had to chase them for the results and after a month , they informed me that the blood samples were not tested . The reason was that the name on the samples didn’t match the lab ticket. I would expect to be informed about this mistake, by the hospital without me needing to chase it up. Hospital agreed to refund the fee but still after 11 months, I haven’t received any refund, despite several emails and phone calls . Receptionist keep saying that I need to email the manager . However the manager doesn’t reply.
I was a little nervous about visiting the clinic as I had never been to a private practice before, but my experience was excellent from start to finish. The receptionist was very approachable and welcoming, which immediately put me at ease when I arrived. The health practitioner who saw me was calm, professional, and attentive. He took the time to discuss my previous health conditions and was able to pinpoint some of my concerns while offering clear, helpful advice. The health assessment itself was quick but thorough, and I felt reassured throughout. What impressed me most was how well everything was explained, from accessing my results to the range of other services available, including mental health support. I was also given practical guidance on how to maintain a healthy lifestyle. Overall, I left feeling very reassured and impressed by the high standard of care. The atmosphere was relaxed, the staff were supportive, and I would definitely recommend this hospital to others.
I’ve had the Essential Health Assessment at this centre. It was a very pleasant experience, the staff are welcoming and very knowledgeable, they explain all the procedures along the way, with careful consideration for my immediate results. I was provided with useful advice on life style and exercise regime. My blood test results came in shortly after, each measure was clearly explained in the report, with advice provided on next steps. I’m very happy with my experience in the Vesey and would highly recommend their services.
Greetings, fantastic, quick in and out, but then advised the day after my blood was taken that the intolerance test wasn't available. I was disappointed, as I am in pain and uncomfortable. I was offered a refund, and the nurse would try to find a lab that tested for food intolerances. The point is I had already travelled to the clinic and had my blood done. I was offered another appointment later in the day, as they had found someone to complete the test. I find it very odd that a hospital offers a service which you pay for, and then after taking your money and blood, you're told they can't get a lab to test, then they can. I have emailed and requested the refund, as I have no trust in this hospital. After reading some other reviews, I hope I get my refund. Really disappointed and back to researching for help for me. Great service and I would recommend this place to anyone. The Staff, all of them are super friendly and make you feel welcomed. It has a very homely feel to it. The staff and the venue itself makes you feel very much at ease. If you are a professional athlete or just looking for regular check ups they have it all.
