A huge thankyou to all the wonderful staff here for taking such good care of our 87 year old mum. She fell 5 weeks ago and had to have her hip pinned she has been treated like a queen in here nothing too much trouble and they have nursed her back to health and is heading home on Saturday. You are all a credit to the NHS if anybodys elderly relative has to spend time here I can recommend it 100%. A big thank you from Marion Brookes family.

Absolutely amazing. The treatment my mother and I received was exemplary. Special thanks to Sonia in the minor injuries unit who went over and above. To the whole team thank you so much you are a credit to the NHS.

Post Viral Fatigue service - I was referred to these after finally (6 year's waiting) being diagnosed with ME (chronic fatigue syndrome) after waiting several months I had an initial video appointment with two medical staff from this service I was told they would speak about me in their next general meeting with possible support options. I waited another 6 months before I heard from them again & all they offered me was a meeting support group at the time I was reluctant but wanted to meet other people with similar issues so I agreed. I then get an email telling me the group was online this was after I had told them I struggle with concentratin such as reading & other tasks this was totally useless to me. After so long a wait for support I've felt completely let down by a service that is supposed to be specifically designed for people with my issue. I have felt parked by this service while I've received various other emails from them asking my opinion on changes to the service and even the name of it. I think they need to get their priorities right as they seem more interested in who they are rather than supporting their patients. I'll just plod on struggling as I have for the last 7 years yet again let down by the NHS

I must share with you. Sent to Malvern Hospital from the Royal for rehab etc. so I just took it as a normal hospital, but how wrong I was, it would take sheets of paper to write it all down, it is more like a hotel, the staff ( all of them ) are wonderful, the food is up to standard, you certainly canβt ask for much more. A1 β 100% certainly deserve a medal. Hopefully be leaving soon, & will be sorry to go, thank you all so much. xx β€οΈ

One of the best experiences Iβve had with the NHS. I wasnβt there long as I was sent to Worcester but the level of genuine care and compassion really helped.

I have 3 grandchildren 1 is autistic Why would the receptionist in minor injuries suggest I need to leave the children somewhere ? Where I'm not sure as there is me and them! I suggest a bit of customer service training might be called for as I am neither your sweetheart nor am I deaf so talking to me is that extremely loud voice is not required. Asking questions and then saying that your not the clinician isn't helpful either if you don't want to hear don't ask the questions!

my wife had a fall in the evening and cut herself badly near the eye.I dailled 111 and got no response at all. Never spoke to a real person.Went to tewkesbury hospital who said they were full, go to cheltenham.Went to cheltenham general where we would have had to wait for hours. Next day went to malvern minor injuries hospital. Seen by registrar in approx 5 minutes. Then seen by specialist nurse about 5 minutes later who sorted out the wound very professionally and very quickly. Cannot express my recommendations for this hospital high enough in every way.

After cutting my finger I travelled to Malvern MIU. I received fantastic care, four stitches and an invite to return after two days for a check up. Both times I visited, there was no waiting and no fuss. My finger is now healing well and I'm looking forward to having the stitches out (not really) Excellent! the NHS at it's best!

I thought this was a minor injuries unit! I injured my ankle at work last week. The day after my injury the pain was off the scale! My partner managed to get me in the car with the aid of 2 walking sticks. Waited at Malvern Community Hospital went in when my number called. I was told as you have not injured your foot today we cannot see you! WHAT!! I argued so someone higher up came out and said call your GP! I said my GP does not do same day appointments! Ended up getting an appointment with a physio. My GP surgery and the physio could not believe I was turned away at Malvern, they said it was discusting!! The clue is in the name of the hospital Minor Injuries Unit!!!!! Terrible place and staff attitude is awful!!! Do not bother to go here! The place was very quiet only 3 others there. I guess this is what they want!!!!! Urrrrrrr
