I was initially attracted to Struts Depot after being quoted over £100 for Peugeot 5008 boot struts. I found them on their site for around £28, and opted for fast delivery. The struts were straightforward to fit, thanks to the handy guide we found on the site. But where they really excelled was that I put in an incorrect postcode when I placed the order. As a result my order found itself in Scotland, not England. David was very helpful in getting it back and to the correct address in just a day! Fantastic service! Thank you Struts Depot!
We wanted some struts for a bedding box - I had the length and strength so found hem on their site. I had to select end fittings, but once in the basket I could deselect them and buy bare struts to reuse the fittings I unscrewed from the old ones. They arrived in 2 days, swapped then ends and fitted in 30 min, and about half the price of the replacement equivalents seen elsewhere.
Great service from Struts Depot. Easy ordering as I had the part number from the old gas strut. Delivery by Royal Mail Tracked 48 took 3 days but arrived with no issues. Easy fitting clip on rear hatch now operating great. First class service. Would recommend.
Recently bought Hyundai Tucson tailgate struts. Was not sure what to order so called the store, a friendly person advised me what to order and how to fit. Ordered online, received confirmation via email and struts delivered by royal mail 4-5 days. Fixed them myself after a quick you tube video, took just 5minutes. Superb service, I ordered struts for the tailgate on my van, they arrived very quickly, as well as the quick service, the price for the pair was a fraction of what is being charged by some retailers for a single item. I couldn't believe how much difference it made to lifting and lowering the tailgate, it was a workout each time I attempted to open the tailgate and so dangerous, one slip would lead to serious injury. No more worries it's as light as a feather now. Thanks to everyone who was involved in any way with my order. First class service.
