Its nice that they are taking covid 19 seriously. Its spotless in there and they make sure everyone has washed their own hair before the have it cut. It's good to have a little reassurance especially with everything going on in the world.
I have been a number of barbers in the area and this is easy the best around! The staff are always nice and they are really easy to have a chat and get along with, I have never had a problem with a bad haircut and I’ve never been disappointed. I have been going for the past 10 months now and I’ve never looked back! I would recommend you at least give it a go. Also, you can’t complain for the price!
I have been going to Barry's, for a long time old and new. Yes I have been elsewhere but, nowhere near as good as Barrys. They are cracking staff, and they dont keep you waiting about for that long and they do a brilliant job. Now call me fussy, but I like my hair to be right, and like a lot of men of my age, i'm going a bit thin on both sides of my forehead. (Did someone say going bald???) Right moving on! The staff take their time to ensure that "this important stage in my haircut" is spot on, having absolute trust in them. I also like going as you can have a chat, (" Now they have talked a lot about this on the TV, being able to offload is important") And so it is at Barrys! You have always got a listening ear. You can always have a laugh and, the girls are easy to talk too and the banter is free flowing. The cost to get your hair cut is very reasonable and they have concessions for OAP. They are also amazing with children. Yes for me, Barrys is a cut above the rest and I well and truly recommend them.

Went in today, my 3 year old daughter walked over to a member of staff as she had been in there for half an hour and was getting bored , as she got there the staff member said to her "if you don't move , you'll have to get out" people skills need addressing , never mind the way she spoke to a 3 year old. Disgusting . Won't be going back there again after going there since I was a child. I never made a scene as I'm not like that . The last time I went in there they messed up my son's hair and I had to take him back while they fixed it. 2 bad experiences is enough. Good job my partner wasn't in there to hear the way she spoke to my daughter .
